Our Commitment

Permits Automated LLC is committed to making PermitsAutomated accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What We've Done

• Skip-to-content link available at the top of every page
• All form inputs have associated labels
• Color contrast ratios meet WCAG AA standards
• Keyboard navigation supported throughout the application
• ARIA roles and labels on interactive elements
• Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
• HTML lang attribute set to English
• Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy

Known Limitations

We are actively improving the accessibility of our multi-step permit wizard. Some dynamic content updates may not be fully announced by all screen readers. We are working to resolve these issues.
